Located in Mont-de-Marsan in a heritage building, this apartment was sold in his current state for renovation. As the owner is going to rent it without fourniture, the demand was to create the lay-out of this apartment. 

 

The Chaine des artisans landais will take care of the  plumbing, the electricity and the  plating whereas the owner will do the rest on its own.
