This semester was about creating new building and living systems. We thus studied alternative economic systems in order to establish ours. Mine was about not including banks in the process and giving more freedom to tenants in the building process and its evolution within time. Money is also redistributed in order to diminish bills while the building is being revitalized. There is different spaces such as: a cinema, a library, an exposition hall etc. in the building so that people living there can organise events and earn little money.

Grey houses are common spaces. Blue houses are houses built or custom by tenants.
